Cancelation/Missed Appointment Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but is of upmost importance to honor your booked appointment time. If a client cancels last minute, it gives our stylists little chance to fill that time and becomes a financial loss for them.

Our policies are as follows:

***1) Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancelation fee, starting at $25 and up.

***2) No-shows will be charged full price for haircuts and half price for hair colors. Canceling less than 10 minutes before the appointment time is considered a no-show.

There will be some exceptions, such as emergency situations. If you think you may be unable to make it to your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.

Liability Policy

We are committed to providing you with unparalleled services and products, please be aware of the following.

It is important for the client to understand that the darker the hair color initially is, the harder it will be to lighten and it may take more than one process to achieve desired lightening results. The client must be honest about all previous color and lightening sessions preformed at home or in salon.

Our stylist’s can not be held responsible for any adverse effects or for less than desired results. The client must understand the price(+tax) is a one time fee and that there are no monetary refunds. There is a chance that the hair may feel dry, brittle, or have increased breakage after a color correction or extreme lightening. There is maintenance involved in the care of hair after a color service, such as the use of professional products.
